Serendipity

I like this word! Doesn't it sound nice?

Let me tell you what its meanings are:

It means the discovery of something fortunate, that is,
when you come across something pleasant, valuable or
useful.

It also means the natural gift someone is endowed with
for making these pleasant, valuable or useful discoveries
by chance.

And here we go to its origin:

The word was coined in the mid-18th century by
Horace Walpole and it comes from the Persian story
"The Three Princes of Serendip", because all three
princes had such ability.

So, I wish you all lots and lots of serendipity!!!
