Para ser ouvido, fale.

Para ser compreendido, exponha claramente suas idéias sem
jamais abrir mão daquelas que julga fundamentais apenas
para que os outros o aceitem.

Acima de tudo, busque o prazer antes do sucesso, a auto-
realização antes do dinheiro, o fazer bem feito antes de pensar
em obter qualquer recompensa. Nenhum reconhecimento
externo vai substituir a alegria de poder ser você mesmo.

Para poder recomeçar sempre, perdoe-se pelos fracassos e
erros que cometer, aprenda com eles e, a partir deles, programe
suas próximas ações.

Nunca se deixe iludir que será possível fazer tudo num dia só
ou quando tiver todos os recursos: tal dia nunca virá.

Para se manter motivado, sonhe.

Para realizar, planeje, pensando grande e fazendo pequeno, um
pouco a cada dia e todos os dias um pouco.

Porque são pequenas gotas d'água que fazem todo o grande oceano...

If you wish to be listened to, speak up.

If you wish to make yourself understood, state your ideas clearly never skipping those you deem fundamental just because someone might not take you in.
